The pages use no analytics or third-party content and set no cookies. Requests include your IP address and browser information. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site under its own privacy policy and may set strictly necessary security cookies. The web server logs requests (IP address, time, requested address and browser) in the host's system log until it rotates. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and protecting this site.

Contact form

The contact form sends your name, email address and message to this website. The website emails you a confirmation link (the email contains only links, never your message) and holds your message in memory for up to one hour. The confirmation page shows your name and message again before you send it. When you confirm, it emails your name, email address, message and IP address to admin@camara.nl and keeps no copy; unconfirmed messages are deleted after one hour.

Against spam, your browser solves a short proof-of-work puzzle (no cookies, no third party), and the server counts form requests per IP address for up to one hour, and confirmation emails per address and per mail domain for up to one day, in memory. The confirmation email also has a link to block your address: the website then keeps a keyed hash of the address, not the address itself, so it never emails that address again, until you ask for removal.

Mail delivery uses mail.mailert.eu and your email provider. Messages are processed to answer your request, based on legitimate interest in correspondence. They are kept for up to two years after the conversation ends and then deleted. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interest, at admin@camara.nl. You can complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
